At Crownsteeringco, every wheel is built tailored to your specific needs and car model. Our shipping policy is designed to be clear, fair and transparent so you know what to expect when placing an order.
- Build timeAll our wheels are built custom to order therefore it takes roughly 10-14 working days for our specialist manufacturing to gather the high quality materials you have selected and to integrate them into your specialised steering wheel. During busy periods it may extend up to 14 working days depending on our teams workload. You will receive confirmation email when you have placed an order and before its ready to be shipped, we will send you photos of your custom wheel via email for you to look at and confirm everything is tailored to your needs.
- ShippingOnce the wheel has been shipped out, it should take roughly up to a week for it to arrive to your doorstep. Any delays and problems with shipping would be due to shipping courier and not crownsteeringco but we will do our very best to resolve any issues if there is any.
- Lost packagesIf package is appeared lost: We will open investigation with courier and replacements are only issued after courier confirms the package is lost. Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customer are not covered.
- Address changesIf you need to update your shipping address contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before steering wheel is shipped out. Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.
- Order trackingAll orders include tracking. You will receive tracking link and number once the steering wheel is shipped out.
- Final notesBy placing an order with Crownsteeringco, you acknowledge; Build times may vary depending on workload and shipping delays caused by couriers are outside of our control.
